Access, correction, and export

You may ask Ace to provide a copy of your personal information, correct information that is inaccurate, or export information associated with your invited ACE Creator account.

Optional processing

You may ask to withdraw consent for optional data handling. This does not affect processing needed for account security, contracted services, payment and tax records, dispute handling, fraud prevention, or another applicable legal obligation.

Account deletion

Use the dedicated account-deletion page to request deletion of your invited account and associated personal data. Ace will verify the request and identify any records that must be retained.
