What we handle

ACE Creator may handle your invited-account identity and contact details, connected-account performance, posting checks, earnings, invoices, referral and reward-program records, references and files you choose to share, support messages, security events, and technical diagnostics. This information comes from you, Ace business records, accounts you authorize Ace to connect, and your use of the app.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate your account, show creator-specific reporting, coordinate authorized work, provide support, prevent abuse, keep required business records, and meet legal obligations.

Who can access it

Access is limited to authorized Ace personnel and service providers that support the app. Ace requires those providers to protect personal information to the same or an equivalent standard described here. Ace does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Retention and security

Records are kept only as long as needed for the service, security, payment, dispute, tax, or legal requirements that apply. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for optional data handling. An account-deletion request covers your invited account and the personal data associated with it that Ace is not legally required to retain. Ace will verify the request and explain any records that must be retained for payment, tax, security, dispute, or legal obligations.
