Delete Your Account

What this request covers

This request asks Ace to delete your invited ACE Creator account and the personal data associated with it. Merely disabling or suspending access does not complete an account-deletion request.

How the request works

1. Send the request from the email address attached to your ACE Creator account.
2. Ace will verify that the request belongs to you.
3. Ace will confirm receipt, explain any additional verification needed, and provide the expected completion date.
4. Ace will confirm when the account-deletion process is complete.

Records that may be retained

Ace may retain limited records when needed for payment, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute, or other applicable legal obligations. Ace will explain retained categories when responding to the request.

You do not need to reinstall the app or accept Content Standards to submit this request. If you cannot use the account email, contact hello@ace.inc and ask for an alternate verification method.
